Here's another great PB2 recipe...just a variation on classic french toast.
PB2 honey french toast (serves 1)
2 slices of Wonder Light sourdough bread
2 tbsp. of PB2 powdered peanut butter
1 tsp. of honey
2 tsp. of water
1/4 cup of Egg Beaters (or 1 egg)
2 tbsp. of milk
Stir together PB2, honey, and water. Make a sandwich with the two slices of bread and the PB2 mixture.
In a large bowl, whisk together egg and milk. Dip sandwich in egg mixture, then cook on stove top until golden brown (a few minutes per side). Serve with sugar free syrup.
